Salsa Dance & Latin Movement Program for youth & teens from age 7-18. Students will be trained in Afro-Cuban body movements & Latin rhythms in Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha, Guajira Son, Latin Jazz. With focus on basic fundamentals, timing, movements, styling, dance technique in solo and partner dance.

Each class start with body isolations & floor stretching warm-ups. Proper dance wear and dance shoes are required for dance training, such as leotards, leggings, fitted T-shirts & stretch pants. For shoes, please wear jazz, ballet or suede-soled shoes. No jeans nor street shoes are allowed in studio.

NYSalsababy Dance presence and performance was captured at Pier 60, Chelsea Piers in New York City on November 1, 2007.
NYSalsababy Dance DreamGirls was invited as a guest to The American Diabetes Association - Live the Good Life Gala 2007, where many sponsors and members gathered together to fundraise. The Association provided an entertainment theme of “Come Explore Seven Regions of the World,” and NYSalsababy Dance Team was chosen to represent South America where Salsa dance was showcased.
NYSalsababy Dance DreamGirls is a junior dance company consisted of youths age from 7 to 17, who dedicates to the art of Latin dancing. This group of fun-loving youngsters is directed by Cynthia La China of NYSalsababy Dance Space.
