Salsa 1 Class Description>>>
This is an 8-week introductory course
which gives a foundation of movement for students who have little or no dance
experience. The goal is to build a foundation for Salsa Dance including
partnering skills, principles of timing, basic foot work and variations of
simple turn patterns. No need to bring partners. We're here to meet new friends
and dance.

Time: 8:15 - 10pm (TUESDAY)

Salsa 2 Class Description>>>
You've learned your basics and are ready
for more. Salsa 2 class will bring your basics to the next level by reinforcing
Salsa on 2 timing, and adding more footwork and dynamic turn patterns to your
repertoire of moves.
This class is for Beyond Beginners who has completed
Salsa 1 course or have 3-months of NYon2 club-style Salsa dancing experience.
Must be fluent with basics, single R & L turns & CBLs. A 75-minutes lesson
followed by extra 30 minutes of guided practice til 10pm.

WEDNESDAY CLASSES

4-week Intensive

Beg Shine & Spin Class Description >>>
This class is about details & body movements. Body rolls & hip movements to
enhance your styling. Proper arm & hand styling during partnerwork for leading &
following efficiency. Both male and female students will also learn proper
technique to execute multiple turns - solo or with partners. Open to solid Salsa
1 beginners and Salsa 2 level students who wish to add flair and spice to their
dancing.

Salsa 3 Class Description >>>
Join us for some funky dynamic turn
patterns led by my highly talented (and very patient) dance partner, Hector
Pena. Each class starts with Afro-Cuban body warm-ups, spin drills, followed by
partnerwork turn patterns. Every class is independent, so drop-ins are welcome
anytime.
A full-hour class breaking down some
intricate turn patterns and drilling them in your system until you're on
auto-pilot. Then stay for extra 30 minutes to practice with full-speed music -
an hour and a half dance marathon.

SATURDAY CLASSES

Learn to Salsa
Intensive Workshops
Time: 6 - 8 pm (SATURDAY)
Dates: June 14 & June 21
Cost: $30 single class; $55 for 2
workshops.
Location:
232 Carroll Street @ Court Street, 2/Fl, Brooklyn.
This 2-hour
intensive class is for those who has very little or no dance experience.
Emphasis is to develop basic principles of Salsa timing, partnering skills,
basic foot work and variations of turn patterns.
Every class is
independent. We'll spent first 30 minutes drilling basic steps and turns before
adding on new materials. Walk-ins are welcome.
Students will
learn the basics to club-style NYon2 Salsa with scheduled dance socials. Check
